The area would need to be rezoned. Currently, it is zoned R-R by City of Cuyahoga Falls. This means that it is for agricultural and residential use only, with lots larger than 8 acres. So, our class is working to come up with a new land use plan.

How do you envision a market center tailored to the selling of farm and home grown produce in the Northampton Area of Cuyahoga Falls between Bath Road and Steeles Corners be beneficial to the community? The district would also include land in the National Park south of Blossom. The district might include a farmer's market, farms, orchards, community gardens, and limited housing.
